For Member Agency Use Only

The Council Caregiver Learning Center provides exclusive supplemental training resources for Home Care Council of PA member agencies to support caregiver education and professional development throughout the year.

Member agencies may download, customize, and distribute these materials to their own caregivers for internal training purposes, including adding agency-specific policies, procedures, logos, and review dates.

Each member agency is responsible for administering knowledge checks, evaluating caregiver competency where required, and maintaining its own training documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.

Council training materials are intended to supplement, not replace, agency-specific or otherwise required training. Materials may not be sold, publicly posted, or distributed outside the member agency without prior written permission from the Home Care Council of PA.
