Home Care Council of PA is a professional community created to connect and support Pennsylvania home care agency owners, administrators, and leaders.

The Council provides a dedicated space for agency leaders to stay informed, exchange experiences, discuss industry challenges, build professional relationships, and learn alongside others who understand the realities of operating a home care agency in Pennsylvania.

Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen Pennsylvania’s home care community through education, collaboration, professional connections, and access to relevant industry information and resources.

We help agency leaders stay informed about Pennsylvania home care industry developments, regulatory and compliance updates, payer changes, emerging trends, and other issues that may affect their agencies.

We believe agency leaders are stronger when they have a trusted professional community where they can learn from one another, share perspectives, ask questions, and stay connected to developments affecting home care providers throughout Pennsylvania.

Why We Created the Council

Home care agency leaders carry significant responsibility. They must navigate changing regulations, payer requirements, workforce challenges, compliance expectations, business operations, and the everyday responsibility of providing quality services to the people and families they serve.

Too often, agency owners and administrators are navigating those challenges on their own.

Home Care Council of PA was created to change that by bringing Pennsylvania home care leaders together in a professional environment centered on practical education, meaningful conversation, collaboration, and connection.
