$89/month per agency location
One Location. One Membership Rate.
Founding Agency Membership is $89/month per Pennsylvania agency location, regardless of agency size or revenue. Membership dues are not based on annual revenue, and agencies are not required to disclose revenue to determine their membership rate.
Each separately licensed Pennsylvania home care agency location requires its own membership.
Join during our founding period through December 31, 2027, and your agency location will receive permanent Founding Member recognition.
Founding Members also lock in the $89/month membership rate for that enrolled location for as long as the membership remains continuously active.
Beginning January 1, 2028, new agency locations will join as Agency Members at $99/month per location.
