Council discussions focus on real-world issues that Pennsylvania home care agency owners and leaders encounter in their day-to-day operations.
Topics may include CHC and Medicaid changes, EVV and HHAeXchange updates, PA Department of Health survey readiness, regulatory and compliance developments, MCO processes and requirements, documentation practices, workforce challenges, reimbursement issues, and other operational concerns affecting home care agencies.
The goal is to go beyond simply sharing updates by helping agency leaders understand what changes may mean for their operations, what they should be paying attention to, and how they can better prepare their agencies.
MCO Lunch & Learns and provider meetings are valuable resources for information related to an individual health plan, including its policies, procedures, programs, processes, and provider requirements.
